An organization, like BIG, is the sum efforts of many who share a passion for the cause. Therefore, we rely heavily on our members' passion, talents, and contributions to help promote and grow our organization. One way that works is through the work of our committees.

In our present state, as we are newly incorporating, we've consolidated committees into three to start and intend to break out the others as we grow. E.g., Membership and Marketing will likely become two, Training/Education, Public Service, etc.

A member of the executive board sponsors each committee, and their charter guides the efforts. In addition to volunteering to serve in a committee role, we encourage you to share within your networks and amplify our postings on social media by liking and re-posting.
