Boston Smaht - Q4 Event - AI for CRE

We are excited to wrap up 2023 with our 4th Quarter event with the hottest topic; AI. We have three great speakers to help walk us through different perspectives on how this can, or already is, impacting our business in CRE. 

Per the metrics on Google search, ChatGPT has 10X the number of Google searches compared to Metaverse during its peak year between July 2021 and 2022. ChatGPT launched the hype curve of AI through the stratosphere, but AI isn't that new. AI has warranted the hype and is expected to truly be a transformative technology for the CRE industry that will drive down costs and allow us to make better business-based decisions based on data.

Helping us dig into the topic for the evening will be:

Our Boston Smaht community is comprised of amazing people from across the spectrum of people working with the built environment. AI is top of mind for all of us. You can't hide from it. ChatGPT is to generative AI as Kleenex is to facial tissue papers already. Our speakers are going to each have time to speak on their perspectives on this topic prior to us opening it up for questions from the audience. We are going to cover practical applications being leveraged today, understanding what it is and how our industry may face challenges fully leveraging the potential, how are these tools showing up in our products, and more. 

After our session, as always, we will have time to network. I expect there will be some interesting thoughts with all of us to discuss face to face.
